Strange, but I don't think I've ever seen a fixed headlight mod on a Vette. I wholeheartedly approve. Looks awesome, Qwik!

The spring compressors have been rented from my local shop and I'm borrowing a Snap-On cordless impact gun from a friend tomorrow. It's official: my H&Rs are finally going on this Saturday. (thumb)

Thanks for the compliment....Blackout side markers are on the list...If the car doesnt go away...Am looking at a 2011 Edge Sport as we speak....

Got it! Thanks for the info, that product looks pretty handy! I got one that the harder I twisted the tighter it got. I ended up having to use a BREAKER BAR to get it off.

Taylor how do you not get ***** for that 20% tint on your Vette? Living in VA is tough enough with 40% haha.. But the car looks badass dude for sure..

One more day until I get my springs and wheels on.. The itch is killing me, but for tomorrow I took off work to enjoy the day so I plan to put the TIP and SRI back on since I had the turbo replaced. Can't wait.

my theory is if they sell/service the CX7 then they have all the proper tools and training to work on our cars

any why is it my keys hardly work properly when i'm within an arms reach or inside of my car... but if i go into a resturant and sit on the key two hours later when i walk out to the car all my windows are down... grrrrr

yes.. and im aware holding the button (aka sitting on it) will put down the windows.... but if i;m next to the car it hardly ever works, my blackberry interferes with it all the time causing the car not to start untill i separate them into different pockets... BUT if i'm inside a building and no wheres near the car the stupid thing works 150%

Ah I see. Well at this point if I can fix it, I will.... Only going to dealer for Diagnosis and major repairs..

Funny you ask since I have already been pulled for it a few weeks back. I got a warning and was told to remove it. Hopefully that state trooper wont see me again but next time I get a ticket. But I have drove by countless cops with my windows up and they never bothered me. I guess there will always be one that will want to pull someone for tint.

I literally ran through a red light on the way to work yesterday and apparently there was a cop sitting right there at the light. Not only that. but I was mad because there was a slow poke in front of me and I nailed it up to about 80mph. Keep in mind it was a 40mph zone. I look back in my rearview and the cop isnt too far back so I put the clutch in and coasted. He came up on me for a second and then went around me. How I pulled that one off I dont know. Plus my windows were up to!! He could have easily got me for running a red light, 40 over, and illegal tint. Must have been my lucky day.

hell i have limo tint on my car amongst other things. so everytime i see a cop, i just prepare to pull out my license and registration.

are those gauges 52mm or 60mm? i might have to get the boost one cause they look pretty sweet! if i do this will be my 4th different boost gauge i've tried, lol.

I need some of your luck then.. I had 35% on mine all the way around and within the first week of moving here I got ***** twice, so after $91 and another warning I just decided to rip it off the driver's side window. I am going to retint it something closer to 50% though. I just hate how strict Virginia is, but I read somewhere that they are trying to get it dropped to 35% all the way around.
