use jb weld. or roofing cement, i bet it wont leak.

Hmmm.... I dont think I have tried jb weld yet.
Edit: Check my new sig. I photoshopped the wheels I have coming for it and added a yellow pin stripe on the inside of the lip.
Trying to be a little different. There is about 6 yellow corvettes in my area and all have aluminum or chrome wheels. One has black with silver lip.
I'll probably smoke out the side markers and get led tails and possible lightly smoke those as well.

I like the black with the stripe, it looks good. I like black wheels, but when everything is black you lose a lot of detail, and a sense of the wheel size. The little stripe makes the car look like it's actually sitting on something instead of floating on black holes.
I like them red. Plus I have some red accents under the hood.
I managed to fix the washer tank today or atleat I hope I did. I found the gromet for the washer pump. the level sensor I couldnt. And that was what was leaking. SO I took a brand new washer tank and used jb weld on the level sensor. It takes a while for it to dry so I just taped it in place and installed it back on the car. I'll wait til tomorrow and put washer fluid in it to see if it worked or not. I shampooed and cleaned the whole interior. Smells and feels fresh. Then washed the car and detailed it once more. Its pretty much ready for pickup.
I am taking it out for a spin in the moring. That will be the last time I drive the car.

Well I hope you have a nice goodbye drive in her. The new owner is really lucky to have it handed over in such great condition (assuming you didn't break the washer tank 
) and I hope she treats the car like it deserves.

The 19s are a good size on the 6. IMO, the tires could be a little wider - that's a lot of stretch.
Kid5, I like the 19's as well. Good choice of wheel, the style works with the car perfectly.
I agree with wheelman on the tires...these cars eat the spec size tires up, so I can only imagine what it will do to the stretch. That being said, it looks cool.

Put on my new 19's ( 19 x 9.5 45mm offset on 225/35 tires )

Well thats it for me. Took the 6 out for the final drive this morning. Came home and put it in the garage and sprayed it with qwik wax. She is coming at 8am to get the car and bringing the check.
ps- The jb weld worked like a charm! The washer tank isnt leaking anymore.

Nothing like driving a cruddy rental to make you appreciate your own car that much more.
its only been 2 days, and im pullin my hair out. this thing drives badly, HORRIBLE visibility, strangely cramped for a large looking vehicle, and zero power ofc.
the ONLYYYY thing i found good outta this, its a flexfuel, i get 35+ give or take MPG, on basic unleaded, WOOT!. a nice break from the MPG our MS6 get, ESPECIALLY with teh way gas prices have sky rocketed in Cali. $4.37 per gal for premium near me. HOLY CHEESE BALLS!!!
im curious too. Car looks good man, so you color match painted your door pillars AND trim? curious on how you did it...
