Aside from a few members, the section is really easy to mod. A few moves here and there, redirecting members to other threads, and you're all set. I still like being able to help where I can, there's a lot to learn about these cars, and so much I haven't got to learn yet.
Hoping I can get out this weekend and do one last photoshoot with the car before I start pulling parts off of it.

Major Update
ok guys i just finished getting the car ready to go for this years shows and summer..
huge picture update on the way tomorrow.. man do the O.Z 's look sweet with the new springs.. no rubbing as i mentioned before.. car feels great.. and looks bitchin.. stay tuned for pics tomorrow!!!!!!!

Checked my brakes to see if they're squealing for a reason.... can't find one, but at least I know it's not because they're worn. Also tweaked the roof rack so that the fairing sits on the roof properly and stops banging at speed. Both of those I did while waiting for the K&N filter to dry out while working on my wife's P5!

*PHEW* thank GOD!! .... and 7k for tranny replacement? seems to be a sign, since you said you still owe 7k on your MS6!
Even if you were gonna move on and try to sell the MS6, even from your reputation it may be hard to sell in this economy... if at all. Then parting out would absolutely destroy the accomplishments that make your MS6 a signature car.
and a trade in would get you measily amounts, especially with 7k still owed.
all in all, i wont repeat reasons why to keep MS6 we have about 2 pages of that now. lols
but i will say i am uber happy you are deciding to stick with it for now!!
also, about overboosting, isnt there a solution for that? boost controller or whatnot?

I'm getting cold feet about pulling parts this weekend...part of me wants to, the other part of me wants to wait.
Car looks great man! If you're free on the 25th of April you should bring that down and join some of us at the mini-meet since you're in the GTA.

Well, I'll give you some background. I wanted an MS6 since I first saw one at the NAIAS when they first came out. I thought they were slick, and the 6 was already one of my favorites. I was able to get one when I did brand new, and it was my first new car that I wanted, where I didn't really settle for anything on it. I got it in the color I wanted with the options I wanted, and at a better price than my other potential purchase (2008 Bullitt Mustang). I've put a lot of time into it (not as much as some), but enjoyed every minute of it. There are things I want to do, but at this point, I also have the best opportunity to get what I've wanted for a long time, so it's the next step for me. I think I'll always have a soft spot for the MS6, even when I sell it, and always have a huge amount of respect for them and what they're capable of. It really is a bit of a cult following since they're rare and not very well known, but a damn fun cult at that.
I know that once I start pulling parts and selling it, I'm gonna get antsy and want to go back to something that has that power and precision I've gotten used to. I've loved to have been able to start with a clean car and do things that I did and really make it into something else. Those of you with DPs, FMICs, and other parts took it even further, but I enjoyed it all.
So yes, part of me wants to keep it, but another part of me is ready to move on, and if I keep sitting on it, that might change. I think if I drive a 2011 GT, I'll know that's the direction I want to go in, but right now, it's still way too early to tell.

What meet in the GTA? I haven't been on TM6 that much lately, but I'll check around today to see if it's posted. I would try to come out if I could.
Oh, and Steve, you can always de-mod another weekend if you're getting cold feet... but if you take everything off now, no way will you be putting it all back together if you change your mind again.
