What Exactly do I need to do????

to help start or get things going for an Arizona Mazda Afilliation?

I mean what exactly do I need to do?
get a list of potential members?
get a basic web site up?
What do I need for Ben at Apex so he can officially sponsor us?
Is there somewhere your supposed to register all regional mazda affiliations or what?

I would really like to see this get going and get off to a good start and am willing to put in the work to do it in my spare time. Anyone know the answers to my questions?

that is a good start.
make a member list with type of vehicles
We are in on the sponsorship to members. discount parts and labor rates etc.
we like to meet with members about the details on the sponsorship.

i'm here. i'm in tucson. i drive a p5. it's only modded with an intake and exhaust. and jumpstarting azma again would be really great. also, sponsorship would be great!

Ben I can stop by your shop sometime if you want, Just let me know what your schedule is like and Ill see what I can do, my schedule is so fukked up it changes every week. but Ill come down since I drive through tempe every day anyway.

after i gett he list up and going is there offical shiat i need to do for registration, like is there a site or something your supposed to register the affiliates at? I havent heardmuch about the affiliate programs before but would definately like to see things get going.

Anyone who has any knowledge about this stuff or would like to help out just reply here.

it should be very easy Alex, first find out how many members, put them on the list so we at the shop know who is a member who is not yet a member. the member should get together and talk about what you guys are willing to do as a club, car shows, races, etc how will you benfit Apex and What you guys expect from Apex. basic site with members ride pics 1-3 ea and no more.

cool man, ill check that site, and wait for a few more people to sign up in the other thread and get a site going.

then once we get the basics set we'll talk about shows and meets and stuff and then Ill come down to talk to you for a while about everything.

Realize I am doing everything I can to get this going for evryone here, but in the most likely case after I graduate this december in January I have an open salary position offer in washington, unless my company can offer me better here, which i am pretty sure they cant, I may have to move in interest of financial gain and my future with the company.

With that aside I still am more than willing to throw my free time into this and get things goin. Hell Id love to keep in contact with you ben and apex and everyone here when im gone as I will be down here frequently for vacations with the family.

Well Alex I think we have an official club now.
