What connector is this?

I pulled my front bumper to get the FMIC off, and noticed an unconnected connector sitting there. There's nothing dangling nearby, so I'm not sure what it's for. I know that the previous owner had a Unichip, and the wiring is a royal mess because of that. This is located on the passenger side near the window washer fluid. There's a blue/red wire going from it to a bundle that I can't trace from there. The window fluid works as far as I know, and the connector that plugs into the washer tank is blue/orange. Headlights/turn signals etc all work.

Here's a pic..I'm notorious for failing to include attachments. :P

I forgot about the P5 (odd since I have one)...I know that for a 12v switched supply I tapped my rear window wiper since the MSP's don't have one...

its for the fogs for the 03msp/p5. ive looked at the same plug on my buddies 03msp and a local guys p5. plus the wires run all the way back to the slot for the fog switch in the cabin

Fog Lights,

Just took off my lower splitter to put factory fogs in, and thats the connector that I spliced a new weathertech connector on. I got the lights from a wrecked P5, so the connector had three leads and I only needed the two.

Im willing to guess that since the MSP & P5 pretty much use the same wiring harness that that connector is for the secondary washer pump found on the P5...

Kinda like the base model Protege's are pre wired for foglamps ;)

Not true. I just installed foglights on my '01 LX, and imagine my surprise when I got in there and there was no wiring harness installed!
