Well it seems that my Ex pulled a fast one, and had me served with papers....get this....tonight at around 5 PM (after everything clerical is closed), and the night before the court date. How about that s***. basically this is her underhanded ploy to get our daughter away from me. We'll see what' up with this.
Well, it's off to court I go...

Mu ex tried that with me Linux, the judge threw it out of court and told her she was nutso. Just be calm cool collected, the judge will see for themselves when you walk in bro.

I honestly cant understand how she could get the baby after all of thepsycho s*** she has done..Maybe im just a young kid who doesnt understand the law, but to me, this isnt a matter of law..Sometimes, I feel the people in charge need to step back and make things extremely simple instead of extremely difficult..for example..

I hate to be an asshole Patrick, but what in the hell did you think was going to happen? You didn't see this coming? Have you even noticed what she has done to me in the past year? Have you even noticed any of that? Maybe you need to get your priorities straight and stop focusing and spending so much on your car. I'm only saying this because I am your friend and I think you need a major awakening. She is crazy and you have just ignored that for the past year. She has caused me to have to move to another city and to sell my car. And you acted like it was in no way your fault also. Guess what, it was partly your fault all this happened because she was your girlfriend and you did nothing about it. She called my grandmother in Alabama and told her me and my wife was dead. She emailed the president of the company I work for over 100 times with porn photos from a Yahoo email account she made in my name. She vandalized my car 5 times, Jessie's car once, and maybe even Trey's car. And you did nothing about it. I can tell you that if I were in your shoes and she did this to my friends car's, I would have so0ld my car and stopped spending money so I could afford a private investigator and a lawyer to get my child away from her.

This incident is different from all of those. This has nothing to do with those, and that stuff is being dealt with seprately. The issue today was because we had a child out of wedlock, and I have no parental rights. Now this is by no means permanent at all. To say I have done nothing at all is total bulls***. Big ben You should have Pm'd linex on this ,as for you linex ,I dont know American law but one would think that a blood test would confirm the paternity of your daughter . With this you should be able to ask for your parental rights .
Yes I agree that this is a seperate issue ,Personally I would find a lawyer to see what exactly your rights are as the father ,and see how you go about getting her back

The baby's mother & grandmother have both at one time or another (probably still are) have had to take medication for mental issues. From what I have been told. AND THE COURTS STILL GAVE HER CUSTODY!!! :wtf:

If I were doing the same thing I would want one of my friends to wake me up too.
