Dude linux I feel really bad. Here is what I propose if you are feeling down.
Step one. Go on a run or some long acting physical activity. This has a way of reseting your body and using up all those chemical signals synthesized for dealing with stressful situations. After your done you'll feel right as rain. I often do this before I study to get everything out of my mind so I can concentrate.
Step Two. Smoke a Bowl. I don't know if you are down with this but it works well for me when I've had a long day. I come home light one up and put some Pasta Roni on the stove and have a nice beer(Sierra Nevada, Red Hook, Mendicino County Brewing Co.). I put my legs up and flip on the TV and watch some news or Adult Swim. I of course do not recommend doing this everyday...that's called addiction. I do it once a week or so sometimes less.
Step Three. Take a nap. Why do babies do it so much? Bodies going through a lot of chemical changes need their sleep to repare/grow.
