Weird turbo sounds....

Ok, this is hard to explain. I was bored one day so i decided to run my stock BPV, VTA. I zip tied the vacumm line and see what is sounds like. To me it sounded like turbo flutter. Is this normal? Just curious, not a big deal....like i said, i was bored.

I have a feeling it's probably valve flutter, which isn't a problem.
