Weight of stock rims

This thread says the package is 37.5, so the wheels may weigh a bit more than I thought.

Dunno about that ... After I took off my stockers, I placed them on a bathroom scale and it read 28 pounds, if memory serves me. I'll have to double check this later ... (uhm)
Er sorry, I should have been more clear. EACH wheel weighed 28 lbs. Gah, I'm still rubbing sleep out of my eyes.
I think Nate's train of thought went like this:
Andrew's scale reads 28lbs.
Tires weigh 20lbs.
28-20=8
wheels weigh 8lbs?
I still have my stock P5 wheels laying around, but I don't own a scale.(uhm) If you guys are still wondering, I can bring a wheel over to my neighbor's house and weigh one.

oh yeah... i remember weighing my wheels when i took them off. 36.5 pounds according to the scale at the shop. i'm not exactly sure though. who makes the lightest, yet stickiest rubbers? and don't tell me trojan. and don't tell me i'm CUTE!!!!
