washer fluid not spraying

washer fluid not spraying. Front or rear bottle is full, fuses are good. Tried to listen and feel for sound/ vibes from pump or pumps. nothing . Any help would be greatly appreciated.(screwy)

Check to voltage at the pump if you can. Could the fluid be frozen?

for the mk1 there was a Mazda TSB about changing G-motor to EG-motor(enhanced?) for cold areas
