Warranty issues

Hey whats up everyone I have a couple of questions regrading warranty issues.
I know each dealership is different based on mods and warranty,
but looking to see what everyones experences have been with the following issues.

1. The people with an AP are you having any issues with the warranty.
I know that you can reflash back to stock,
but any problems from the dealership with checking to see if the ECU had been messed with.

2. Also with the suspension will springs/ sway bar void the suspension warranty all together.

3. And lastly what mods have people done to there engine without the dealership trying to void their warranties.

i asked about intake and they will keep my warranty if i let them do it... so...
