You know my situation. So you should understand my frustration with the company. :D I never knocked the product, jsut the lack of courtesy as a customer, better yet, supposedly sponsored customer.

i dont think anybody is flaming wagner or any of the other vendors.. from what i heard it is a good fmic but the customer service plays a big part in a purchase for most people.. when somebody orders something for roughly a grand.. you'd want to be kept updated and responded to asap.. even a response that takes 1 day is frustrating but.. for like a week? couple weeks? a month? and if a vendor goes on a vacation or w/e.. maybe they should post a thread or something that says they wont be able to respond for a certain period of time so their customers know whats going on
 
Well, to add to what everyone is saying, I'm still waiting for my kit and he hasn't sent me an order confirmation online....Andy told me to email him and he'll email back but he never did. Anywayz wtf.. But how long have you guys been waiting for your kits. Somebody earlier said it's been 3 months? is that true? HOw long do you think we have to wait after ordering to actually get it in the mail.. 2, 3, 4 weeks?? Andy told me 2 and a half to 3 weeks but after what I've been hearing I'm guessing it's gonnabe longer. Is that true? (crazy)

no i said he took several months to email me back...i was disgusted so i never ordered anything from him.
 
Not flaming Wagner here, and I can back him on this. He DOES work on cars, plus make the items he sells. He does work long days, 7 days a week, most of the time. There still is no excuse for him not responding to emails or phone calls.

My case is a bit different from you guys though. Seriously try giving him a call, and leaving a message. Hell, I might even run into him at the Carlisle show this weekend. :D

Nick just left me off here at work a few minutes ago, and he is taking my car down to the shop this morning. I mentioned that people were complaining that they still could not get timely responses, and he asked me if I could give out their shop number on here and tell people to call over there today. They will be at the shop all day (well, it does take 2 hours to get there, so he won't be there until after 11). If you call over there today, he said he will try to answer anyone's questions over the phone.

He did mention that they might not be available this weekend to answer questions. And I know that Monday my car will be dyno'ed so I'm not sure if they will be there for most of the day.

I am sorry to hear that people are having a hard time getting in contact with people over at Wagner. I hope this gets resolved soon. I know that they now have at least one more person working over at the shop to help handle some of the additional workload.

Just to let you guys know, If I personally do not hear from WagWorks, WagnerMotorsports ,Perfworks whatever the hell they want to call themselves with in 24 hours, I am moving forward legal action against them. I herby request that all customers and the board mods, Jersery, T3ease, hell anyone to take notice to the current situation regarding all issues surrounding WagnerMotrsports and either get involved and/or consider revoking their vendor status. This has moved into serious territory.

Andy has always been a real gentlemen, businessman to me. Maybe not always timmely, I might add, but..when we do converse I am reminded right off the bat why I chose to do buisness with him. Nick for all that have talked with him will agree is a very intelligent, rather hyper fast talker who also will take the time to go over things with a customer,although most things this guy knows is over my head and I usually end up more confused regarding issues than before.

From what I hear just like their mannerisms, Wagner products are top notch although this too is usually is sometimes not very timmely.

I chose to write this to give a little more info for Andy in regards to all of us who were in the GB on the FMIC and other post products from him. As you could tell I was a lttle concerned like a lot of you that have been waiting.

legal action??? lol what crime do you think they have committed against you? please i am waiting also but atleast i am not so foolish to think that legal action can be taken against a company for bad customer service... how much money have you paid for your kit so far?

I have been dealing with Andy and Nick since December last year and was in the the process of spending over 3 thousand dollars. I have paid almost half that much over 3 months ago. I have tried to recoup my funds or recieve my products. I really could wait a full year as long as I knew that was going to be the case. Andy, is handeling at least the work load of 4 people by himself. But, I as a paying custermer deserve the right to know what is going on,if no contact has been over 2 months. I stand behind Andy all the way, more so than I would with any company here on the boards, but there are limmits.

And Bill Harvey this isn't a laughing matter. Im glad you think it is. But it isn't. I'm not going to ask your dealings that you might have cause I could frankly give a fk.
 
all i know is they haven't even charged me for a deposit yet.
