1) as far as customer service, wagner ******* sucks. hands down he is the worst vendor for returning calls and emails, and rarely even posts to keep people updated. i have emailed him many times, sometimes taking up to 2 months before responding.
2) perfworks is an immature asshole. he is the most unprofessional vendor on this website. i dont doubt the guys do great work, but when you are in business you need to be a people person as well. his name calling and bashing are at best silly.
3) perfwoks is a liar. i know this for a fact, and it has been proven time and time again. i know people that know him, and have caught him in lies, he was caught lying about his goddamned 440hp protege on protegeclub or clubprotege whatever the hell, and several other things, which im not going to go into again since they have been beat with a stick.
4) relating to the above, my biggest hatred of people goes out to liars. nothing is more peeving that listening to or catching someone in a lie. and then how can you believe half the stuff you say afterwards?
now people will jump in and defend them for this and that, and thats great, but frankly they suck as vendors. yea, they support the community, but id rather have no vendors than bad vendors. maybe one day theyll see all the discontent like DGM did and change their ways, who knows. or maybe they wont, and go out of business int he protege community. frankly, either way, i dont care, because theyll never get a penny of my money.
ill stick to the vendors that A) produce quality, reasonably priced products, B) dont lie, C) have good reputations and good customer service.
good reputation does not necessarily mean good customer service either. you can have a good rep for knowing your s***, which im sure they both do, but still be an asshole and not know how to run a business.
BTW, I have talked to MPnick via PM's and I dont think there is an issue there.
