I just found out that one of the "Pre construction" Townhomes i was going to buy went from starting @ the Mid 130's to starting @ $155,000!!!!! (fu)

be glad that it's still under 200k for a brand new townhome. our 13 year old townhome cost us a lot more here in cali. i can't imagine paying 600k+ for a single family home with a tiny ass backyard and the neighbor's house is so close, you can touch their house by reaching out your window.
