regardless if the original poster is umnitza, i have to say that i am very impressed with them.
i received my original package last wednesday (it was supposed to be tues. but no one was home and someone had to sign) only to open it and find that i had received the intake, but no angel eyes.
i gave it a couple of days to see if it was shippied seperately before i called them to see what was up. when i called, an actual human being answered the phone on the 2nd ring which shocked and impressed me because i was expecting some automated BS.
i explained the problem and he (i didnt get his name) apologized for the mistake and said he would ship the angel eyes out right away. the intake was shipped via fedex ground and took a few days, so i was expecting the same for the angel eyes. i called him on friday night and i got the angel eyes monday morning @ 11. he shipped them via usps priority mail. also, the packaging was outstanding. i keep reading about how fragile the angel eyes are and was expecting one to have gotten broken in transit. the angel eyes take up a space about the size of my hand, but are packaged in about a cubic foot of bubble wrap.
i was very happy to see that they realized they had made a mistake and rectified it in a timely manner. props to umnitza for the great customer service - regardless of whether or not they are an authorized vendor.

As an administrator, you should be very sure about making accusations against established vendors without proof.Antoine said:

Libel means making attacks on the integrity, honesty, and character of a person or entity without cause <-- paraphrased for ease of reading and enjoyment.
I would never stoop to the level of creating some wanky new name just to circumvent the rules. We have inquired numerous times about our desire to sponsor here, being rebuffed without normal explanation.
If you are so quick to judge without facts, that may have been a good thing, but frankly, we have done nothing but good things for this community, we provide products where none were before, AND we set the bar for community customer support.

you are not an Authorized Vendor on this forum is what was ment. All other vendors have rules they must follow before "Advertising" here & you should receive no special treatment & should have to do what others have done...
