Underdrive Pulley

take into account the pully system on this engine is extremely sensive to mods...take it into consideratin when perfoming such tasks and use the "proper tools" for the job. Sledge Hammer isn't one ;) My 1st engine went thru 2 stock pullys!

lol i got the pulley off my focus with a screwdriver and a breaker bar. i don't recommend ever doing that to your car.

Also double check on how the oil pump works on these new engines. In the past Mazda's oil pump would suffer from an under drive pulley as the oil pump could fail prematurely and casue a buttload of damage.

sr motorsports has a bunch of pulleys for our cars....?? i specifically remember a fly wheel but not sure what else... check em out srmotorsports.com

You got your point across, that's what matters. (thumb)

dkod, I dont see any products for the 3 on the site you posted...can u please let me know where to go and get more info???

didn't see it either the site I found said tba still... You will need the designated tools cause the pully is extremely sensitive! if you replace stock engine parts best bet is not to get a shiny silver one durring warenty period ;)

ok i try to explain
the company ask 50 order for develop the mazda 3 street cranck shaft pulley

you understand now?

Basically, what he is saying is that the company doesn't make them yet but is willing to start if they can get 50 pre-orders to cover start-up costs.

That about right DkoD?
