I need help.
I was trying to upload a new sig pic but it wasnt letting me and wasnt giving me much explanation. It gives me this message:

Well I didnt know if it was a problem with my account or what so I deleted my existing sig pic just in case it was a space issue (bc i couldn't find anything telling me how much space i was alotted) Now I have no sig pic because it still wont let me upload anything. Please help. Thanks.
