3. The episode you speak of is called Mirror, Mirror, and that is a possibilty. However Yeoman Rand wasn't in it. The "Captain's Woman" was named Marlena (sp?) I did a Google and a Yahoo before and came up empty handed.
2. Thanks for the compliment. I like them a lot too. My first mod, and you won't see too many others w/them. They are from AutoVation Technologies and you can Google them. I bought them on a GB. They're about $95.00 w/shipping and include the dead pedal. I have their Competition "Machined" finish, which is a little shinnier and has a pattern, but most go for the Matt finish. I found that one just too plain and (sorry fellows) boring for my tastes.
1. That is an interesting solution but not steadfast either. I doubt you'll need to resort to that drastic a measure though. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Juuust a little thread jack here, but since it features the TWM stuff not too much.
My latest to go along w/the TWM boot.... And BTW BKK Jack: I thought you'd get a kick out of this, as I tried your idea of the colored Sharpie to highlight the already red stitching on the eBrake boot and so it matched the TWM boot better. It was just too subdued as it came, almost an burnt orange. But this did the trick!
