im about an hour or so from moab, so ur more than welcome to come stay here!well hopefully one day we will meet. that way i can see your sick ride in person. i want to buy a jeep later this year then in a couple years make a trip out west to go off roading out there. so if all goes well (i hope i didnt jynx myself) i will be out by you in a couple years lol then you can say you are putting them up for me . someone you did meet lol
and hell ya, it would be badass to meet some mazda lovers!
ill hold u to it!
thank u kind sir!Lol I get eye rolls when I head to the garage with my camera.
Solid update, man.
i am almost 100% positive that this mod has never been done before... and as for the 1st place win, im hoping to atleast win best under construction at this next show i attend!Normally I'd say that caddy lights are played out, but I've never seen them in this configuration so it's going to look awesome! And as far as I'm concerned, your truck is one of the great builds out there. Not many people can think out of the box and put it into action and you're one of those people so don't sell yourself short. Oh and we're expecting a 1st class win when you finish up the truck and enter it into a show.
thanks for the good words man! it means a lot to me, and keeps me motivated on this damn thing...
i actually already bought a brand new vmount, but either imma have to get a smaller one or figure something else out. the way the hood and core support come together with the truck being so low is killing my amount of room, and also im going to have to figure out a different radiator too, but in due time my friend!Have you looked at the "v-mounts"? Due to space you probably can't get away with the setups I see on a lot of FD's but I image you could do something with the radiator/intercooler so one isn't blocking the other. Something perhaps like how the radiator/oil cooler is setup on the FC? Then again, that would require you to move the oil cooler or do something different (dual oil coolers in front of wheels?).
once i get the turbo in for goo then i can start brainstomring and figuring all that s*** out!
ya, its been a long time coming!Gratz on getting the manifold to test fit finally!
