Hey guys, I know this doesn't really belong here, but I'm gonna be there in May. I'll be in Wakiki for a week and am thinking of Maui for 3 days as well. I've been told I'll need a car in Maui but not on the main land.
Just wanted some ideas for things to do. 1 day is definitely for Pearl Harbour.

you might want a car while on oahu also, unless you like waiting for the bus.

You chould check out the beaches on the north shore and eat at giovanni's shrimp wagon!!

when you go to Maui its for sure to go to Lahaina, Hana, and Haleakala crater! i use to live there but i moved back to Oahu. i think 3 days at Maui wont be enough a lot of stuff to see and do.
