Technically Joffar, they don't need to do the PCM flash by default unless it's related to a recall or Mazda orders it. A typical TSB usually means to only do it if a customer complains of having that problem.
 
Yea - approach tsb's in a way that you offer a complaint or concern that the tsb addresses. Telling them flat out u want/need updates my piss them off. IN other words, tell ur tech that when you accelerate from a stop you experience hesitation. if you want the door seals, tell the tech that everytime you wash the car you have to wash the inside of the doors because they get dirty. Say you did some research online and found that there is a new seal to prevent this from happening. Theyll take care of it
