tire bubble

i got a bubble growing out the side of my front right tire the size of a lemon. can i have this fixed or will i need to replace it. also my tires are a year old and have 20,000 miles on them. can i just replace that one or will i have to replace both front tires to prevent an kind of wheel alignment damage. i'm driving on the donut and that really feels like s***.

Check if it is still under warranty, but probably not. I would change both tires, I don't think it's a mechanical thing, but sure is under wet conditions.
