tih stands for turbo.inlet.hose correct? and if so what is a turbo inlet hose giving me compared to stock? any answers would be greatly appreciated thanks. (nana)

It is turbo inlet housing. It is the piece that connects to the turbo it self. It goes like this

Intake-Coupler-MAF housing-Coupler-Turbo Inlet housing-coupler-Turbo.

The newer aftermarket housing will be larger in diameter and increase air flow. I hope that answers your question.
