The Ultimate Wax....

:

In the quest to find a better, easy to put on, easier to take off wax, I have found the ultimate..

Ibiz...

They offer a few different products. A car wash formula, a waterless wash/wax solution and other assorted cleaning products. They are alittle expensive but, alittle goes a long way and I have had my wax for about 10 months.

Easy to apply, easier to take off. I have to say that I am so impressed by this stuff I dont think I could deal with crappy turtle wax again.

"IBIZ wax and detailing products are the only detailing products endorsed by the Corvette Club of America". "We are also used by Ferrari clubs, antique car clubs, and automotive museums."

I havent seen this stuff in stores. Everytime that I bought some it was at the Atlantic City Classic Car Auction. They have a website http://www.ibiz-inc.com. The link to their store for purchase is http://www.waxdirect.com.

Give it a shot I dont think you will ever go back to your old wax...

Take it easy..

Cool, but I am personally obsesed with waxing my car. I love it!! So I'll stick to my Mothers...

Claybar is a wad of flexible clay...you spray quick detailer on your car for lubrication, and rub the claybar over it, and it gets rid of any surface contamination. It works wonders, and makes the paint look and feel as smooth as glass.

I just put the new "Nanowax" from Eagle One on my MSP yesterday. I have to say I am quite impressed it went on easy even in the heat, and I waxed the hood and roof half way and checked out the difference. It almost looked like the unwaxed side was Blueish and the waxed side was really black. Plus it really brought out the mica in the paint.

Bonus: The wax was free after a $10 mail in rebate:)

Cool, I'm on my way to get some and WAX THE CAR...Ummm. CLAY THE CAR!!!(boobs)

Clay bar=Single most important step you could do before putting wax on.

Never used Ibiz. sounds interesting

I've been a mothers fan for years. Now I'm just ditching it, trying Zaino. We'll see how that goes once it arrives and I try it.

As for turtle wax... ROFL

^^ just clay your car. you won't be sorry. i just did mine last friday. i washed the car using dishwashing liquid to remove the old wax, clayed the car, washed it again using meguiars car soap, dryed it...then i polished it, and finally waxed it. took a good 5 hours total but it was well worth it.

THanks, i may try it after all. the steps dont seem too terribly long. I thought it took longer but SWEEET i think ill do it...by the way...did you use ALL Meguiars products? ALso, do you use a mitt, or a california water blade? One more thing...in between the dawn and clay bar steps, did you dry it or use something else as a lubricant agent?

THANKS
