I think the coils are fine, not amazing, not bad either though. I wouldn't get air from them though haha.

My coils are old and I'll be switching to BC w/ swifts soon.

Is anyone here on BC's with swift springs right now? I'm not sure the swifts are necessary I think the stock bc springs are adequate

Standard BC's for our car come 6k and 4k I'm gonna go 8k and 6k.

I might get the springs slightly shorter than standard as well. Are your BC's the extreme drop package? (shorter shock cartridges) Also I think Chef has swifts?

any specific reason why you're raising the spring rate? im going for as much comfort as possible so sticking with the 6/4k hehe

I don't mind the stiffness. Also hoping it should cut down some occasional rubbing.

word. & yea for sure, with extreme lows you probly wont need shorter springs ( at first at least) they can tuck wheel in the fronts with 17's and still not quite be on the boot. I would go 8/6k if I did it again, I'm currently 7/5k with no complaints but I am pushing a little more pre load than I would like to avoid scrubbing while tucking hence I wouldn't mind 8/6

I am running 8k/10k BC springs that are 20mm shorter all around and 20mm shorter rear struts. If you want to be pretty low WITHOUT compressing the shock, this is the way to do it. I kind of wish I got 30-40mm shorter rear struts as I'm 1mm from sitting the strut on the ebrake cable.
