The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Let's kick start Menchies night again in Fairlawn. Of course, we can change the location every week.

Sho, when I had Speed3 seats in the P5 I thought they were super comfortable... You might want to look into some kind of inflatable cushion or something.

THE GRANDPA PAD! bus seriously just pop the covers off your seats and find out why the lumbar isn't inflating/deflating mine works and I always get compliments on how comfortable my seats are from passengers and they don't have the lumbar feature

Anyone have any suggestions for something to make the ms3 driver seat more tolerable for a guy with old man back problems? Ive messed with the lumbar and how i sit in the seat, but still cant find the right combo that doesnt leave me in discomfort after a long drive.

ill trade you my seats with lumbar support and ill take the ms3 seats off your hands hahah :P

Fez, i think it was you a while back at one of the meets that mentioned a company that will come out and cut/program car keys? Do you know the name of the company? My Dads accord's ecu is toast and we have another, just need the key programmed

Wasn't me, sorry. I always thought that only dealer can do that.

Cascade sent this to my mom in the mail. She texted me asking if it was faster than her 2010

Devon, I didn't notice this before, but red rover let off the brake waaay too soon and was trying to keep up with the car in front of him. Stupid. This is something you learn from 1-2 track days.
Although that turn is vicious. haha. I remember everyone's tires squealing through that one.

He went to a few track days after that. He was trying to keep up with Brian (tiresmoker)'s turbo'd ST with HP tires & brakes while he was on stock suspension.

That turn is sharp & fun!

Couldn't find the Cincy thread for some reason, so I'm posting this here.

The wife and I are taking a day trip to Cincy/Newport this Friday. Where's a good, local place to get lunch? I've only been to Cincy once so I'm not sure where to go in the area.

Hofbrau Haus, was the only reconized Hofbrau Haus outside of Germany, not sure it that's still the case. Haven't been but want to and have only heard good things. It's down the street from the Aqurium if you're going there

My dad took our 5 into the byer's mazda service center today to have them check a code and look into a squeaking suspension problem. Code went away before he took it in though- turned out it was just the gas cap got left off for a little bit, fixed that problem, and the squeaking suspension turned out to be sway bar bushings.
sway bar bushings always be givin' me trouble...
i think they're charging us over $100 to replace them, the extended warranty didn't do much-
-if bad service didn't make my dad mad, giving him a newish jetta for a rental car while they looked at the 5 did. He describes it as having "turbo lag, without the turbo". I wanna' drive it, hopefully it at least handles better than our 2004 Elantra.

They have 2 locations in Columbus. But the first time I tried it was in Newport, Kentucky. It's called Mellow Mushroom. It's a specialty pizza joint, prices are kinda high but the pizza is darn good. Should check it out.

^My friends in New Orleans said that Mellow Mushroom is the s***.

It's good, but not the best pizza in town. Hounddog's is where it's at! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm w/ smokin' joe's crust.

Finally made up my mind (you guys no longer have to read about my flip flopping!) and made a major purchase, Just if I can get the MSP and or parts sold/ready to trade-in I can move on to my next Mazda.

and accounting homework sucks.
