haha its actually his car, since he bought it 2 years ago he has only put 1200 miles on it. its an 06 with 15k miles still.
hes selling it and his highlander to go get a audi Q7 TDI if he can find a TDi that is.

Possibly on the tow plate, as long as the new owner doesn't want it.

Skies last night were clear, but bright pink @ sunset, a lot more than normal. The entire sky was glowing pink...
 
Yeah, I was biking last night around sunset time. Lots of pink colors around.
 
I've been hopping on the bike a lot more lately. I've put around 60 miles on the bike in 2 weeks or so. Not an extreme amount, but it should be helping. I'm not as concerned about speed or distance as I am about keeping a steady cadence during the ride. That will help the most... i think...

But beer is going to be limited for me since I've been crushing it when I go anywhere.
 
yeah i just stopped going out

and i have no motivation to go out and buy beer to drink at the house... haha

ugh, i cant wait to be able to get back in the gym... physically not being allowed to go right now really sucks :(

I don't believe he'd get the same workout that he was intending on if that was the case...
 
I could use a work out buddy. However no one around here has a regular work schedule.
 
Hence the need for a workout buddy. Turns it into more of a social thing hanging out with a friend and less of a mind numbingly boring activity.

Do 45 minute circuit training. You'll get a way better workout than most ppl get in twice that time; & you definitely won't be bored... ;)
