2022 CX-9 Grille, UP Trim Replacement

I damaged the trim piece tk48-50-7e1d-64 when bumping into garage trim. I have ordered the part and was told there are rivets as well as screws that I will have to remove and replace when installing the new one. This is a 2022, CX9, touring and I am unable to find any You tube videos or online support dealing specifically with removing this white trim piece which is above and at the very top of the grille. Any suggestions on removing and reinstalling. Any videos that might be of help, or just tips on what to watch out for. I plan to do this myself if anyone has any suggestions. I appreciate any tips I can get. Thanks

Hardest part was removing the rivets. I used pliers to wiggle and break them off. You don't need to remove the bumper. I removed it to locate the rivets but you can find them in my pictures

Thanks for the pictures. Was the whole upper grille part riveted? I am thinking maybe I can drill them out and then just replace with new rivets. Anything I should watch out for if I do drill them out?
