I know what you mean I work 7p-8a so its like completly flipped from normal. Sometimes a few of us from work will go out to this dive bar that serves beer and good food in the morning but most of the ppl drinking there at that time arent getting off work I dont think lol.

We did that in HS right before the golf match between all the schools at the end of the season. We got there at like 5 am or something, the week that they decided not to be 24 hours any more... We all had bubble gut for 18 holes, so I don't really recommend eating there and then playing golf.

my sister just called me asking me about nitrogen for her tires, she had the oil changed at a random place and she asked them to check the pressure. these guys told her just by looking at the tires that they were filled with nitro and that she can only use nitro with those tires... am i missing something or are these guys full of s***? sounds to me they're talking about the TPMS sensor...

someplaces fill tires with nitrogen (lower on the peridoic table so it's lighter in weight is the sales pitch) but it shouldn't matter if the add air, psi is the same either way. Air in the atmosphere is moslty nitrogen anyway. I'd go with laziness and or idiots

some people do it on TPMS sensors since it reduces the chances of it rusting from moisture, but that doesn't mean you can even touch the tire, yes, she said they wouldn't even touch them... i was thinking idiots full of s***, unfortunately she doesn't know better... but at least she calls to ask

or the place that she went to before used the green tire valve caps. that is a dead giveaway for nitrogen.

Nitrogen is supposed to deal with heat changes better, pressures don't fluctuate as much.

It is kinda dumb though as normal air is over 75% nitrogen anyway.

Well here's an update on Spicy! The bumper is back on, the FMIC is on, the SS AFC is done and the AEM Wideband is on.......time for some dyno runs. We'll be able to check her out on Saturday

What size piping did you use? can't decide if 3" would be overkill or if 2.5" would be better. The core i have has 3" inlets

There is a place around here that advertises that they use nitrogen to inflate the tires and make sure they mention it as often as possible as if a selling feature.

this total BS. the other reason that they are using for nitrogen is that it is "dryer" and won't expand when the tires get hot, which is true, but how many people even check there tire pressures on the cars, and if they do the eye ball it and say good enough. The exception to the check pressures is problably autoxer's/ racers because we do so often at events it just becomes second nature to us "AR" people.
