Smaller diameter = less rotational mass. Wider tire = more grip. Less rotational mass + more grip = win.

Good choice in wheels, Jon! Haha! I LOVE your old RPF1's and I get tons of compliments on them all the time. They totally transformed my P5. What color did you get? Silver again? Your 17's are incredibly light weight too, I couldn't believe it when I pulled the first one from the bed of your truck.

Oh no that was TWISFM that gave up (for certain well-founded reasons). I am only selling my T20 turbo setup because I picked up the stock MSP setup from Metallic on the forums here and decided to go with that route. I still need your ass to come and help me with those awesome air tools

See, THATS just how much of a newb I am around here...

I got your back with the air tools, son. I can fit my buddies air compressor in the P5 and I've got a Craftsman air wrench w/ 560lbs of torque and a metric socket set. I changed my front motor mount last month and those bolts just popped right off with the impact wrench. Just let me know when you need them. I'm one of those anal install guys who really takes their time and labels everything so I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing. But I'll be honest, I don't know much about turbos, just simple mechanics and stuff. But I've done a few Honda engine swaps and all my own installs. So between you, Stephen and I and any other members, I'm sure we'll get that turbo spoolin in no time. (drinks)

For sure. I have 4 sets of impact sockets. 2 SAE deep and normal and same for metric . I'm sure we'll get the turbo install done fairly quickly . Do you have a cutting wheel we can use? Oh and I'll provide the beer. (thumb) Any requests?

What weekend did you have planned? I have a few gigs most of the weekends in July but I'm free in August. I have a saw-zaw from the shop, a dremel and can probably borrow a grinder. But alas, no pnuematic cut off tools. Boo...

And I'll pass on the beer. I'm not much of a drinker. I'll pound some Vitamin Water though!

PM back at ya. Couches sound fine to me. I've slept in much worse while on tour with my band. Hardwood floors in Vermont in the winter to the drivers seat in a 20 year old van in 90degree summer heat in Chicago... (lol2)
