The Ohio Auto-X and Track Event chat thread

I'm not sponsored by any suspension brands and not trying to sway you one way or another. The best thing to do is ask locals about their coilovers. People you know are honest and at least have a little idea of what they're talking about. #2's been on his BC's for at least a year now without issues. My last set of BC's on my Protege were on 3 different Protege's without any issues. No issues with my current BC's even though they are only a few months old.

I agree, we're at least honest. I've put about 40,000 miles on my BC coilovers now and I haven't had any issues.

Well that hits hard lol. Anything you guys don't like? What would convince me to go another direction? Anything you wish they had?

I wouldn't change anything about the BC's on the Protege or on my MS6. Granted, different platforms than your MS3 though. I've always been happy with the BC's and any of you guys that rode in my car seem to like it.

I can't think of any complaints I have with my BCs. You may want to wait until after Mid-Ohio to pull the trigger on different coilovers. You'll probably have a better idea as to what you want exactly.

K-Sport... man... I don't know about that. Pablo has the only set on his MSP that hasn't blown the **** out. Probably because it's track only.

Do the BC's and reach out to Cres @ CR3 Motorsports for them. He has great pricing and even better service!

Who all is going to the Sept 15 autocross at LCC? I plan on bringing the 99 Sport I picked up last week, hooray all season tires.

I'll be there too. I think Pablo, Marc and Will are coming as well.

I have to dig up the registration link...

I'm not going to be there. It's apple time! So I'll be busy helping out on the weekend.

I'm still hopeful to make this. I should be free to do so.

There will also be another event at the airport in Toledo on the 9/22. There will probably be less cars than the last event being that it is after Nationals, but still usuall a good turnout and grippy surface area. I look forword to trying out the de-powered rack :)

I'm planning on going to that event.
