Synthetic Oil

I have been using regular oil since I got my car and want to try synthetic on my next change. Whats the difference between sytheic blend and full synthetic and which one is better for my car?

full synthetic. synthetic blend is like having half a turbo (i.e. what's the point?)

Redline, all the way. Get some for your tranny while you're at it too...

I use Royal Purple synthetic.

I use amsoil it is worth the money and you change your oil 2 or 3 times a year

I love the Redline 0w-30... Been using it for about 6000 miles now. Royal Purple is good too... Haven't tried Amsoil yet.

I run Mobil 1, car runs great. Not a whole lot more expensive either.

Don't bother with the blends.
