I'm interested in this too. There is a video on their website along with distributors - not yet available (I think).

Let us know if you find out anything.

yea the blow off valve looks very nice....i would have had hks bov but i saw this the day i was going to order and i am now waiting

Yeah you can't buy it yet.. I saw the video too, the comparison they did with the HKS was incredily, incredibly misleading. they didn't have the HKS hooked up to the turbo piping at all so there wasn't any air rushing out when it actuated. My HKS SSQV actuates incredibly quickly and with no turkey (compressor surge)..

only time will tell how this BOV fares I guess.

yea i noticed that but i jsut like the piston,,seems it would have a faster release...

I hope this isn't a to terribly off topic or stupid question, but what's wrong with the greddy that is already offered with a rec. fitting compared to the hks? Other than that it's more expensive. Just noticed I haven't seen or heard of anyone using them on the MS3.

i was going to buy it, the same day i saw the video, its like 320 with shipping and the fittings for recirc on cp-e.com i duno i jsut think that this one may be better....i just want to wait til release to hear reviews and people thoughts .....its no big deal not having a bov yet....

i say stick with the tried and proven stuff. Its just a BOV, its not like this one will give you more HP.

this bov is no good for a car with MAF
while the car is under VAC. the valve is OPEN ! and is letting out air that the MAF has read and thinks is entering the motor...but isnt.
the result.... your car will run like crap. get a greddy, hks, or even the turbo xs and recirc it !!

I cant agree more with that.

no s***, i didn't realize that till i watched the video again. That would suck. Like i said..... stick with tried and proven!!

Recirculation fitting

This BOV comes with a recirculation fitting so the BOV can dump between the MAF and compressor inlet and also while under vacuum the BOV will stay open and breathe but it will draw through the MAF. It is a very well thought out BOV with very quick response, although it was intended to be a highly functional BOV, not a bells-and-whistles loud for nothing and overpriced BOV. Their wastegates are also quality pieces, I would say within a year or so everyone will catch on to the advancing technologies, everyone who's cutting edge anyway. Everyone else can hold onto their dear diaphragms. ;)

i have the blow off valve on my ms3!!

i have had the synapse blow off on my ms3 for awhile now and i love it. it is a very well made piece. they got an award from sema for the waste gate and blow off valve i believe. i have it in recirc and have no problems. your not gonna hear it from a mile away but i didnt want that anyway. i bought mine for 208.00 with just the blow off valve and 25.00 for the hks adaptor. so all you guys talking crap on it without even seeing it on an actual car can shut up. if i had to do it all over i would still buy it in a heartbeat.
