clos561 said:has anyone heard of this company and if you have do you know where i can buy their synchronic blow off valve? or if tis even available?
ty, i am not the only one who noticed that...Kansei said:Yeah you can't buy it yet.. I saw the video too, the comparison they did with the HKS was incredily, incredibly misleading. they didn't have the HKS hooked up to the turbo piping at all so there wasn't any air rushing out when it actuated. My HKS SSQV actuates incredibly quickly and with no turkey (compressor surge)..
only time will tell how this BOV fares I guess.
yea i noticed that but i jsut like the piston,,seems it would have a faster release...Kansei said:Yeah you can't buy it yet.. i was going to buy it, the same day i saw the video, its like 320 with shipping and the fittings for recirc on cp-e.com i duno i jsut think that this one may be better....i just want to wait til release to hear reviews and people thoughts .....its no big deal not having a bov yet....zoom-zoomhatch said:I hope this isn't a to terribly off topic or stupid question, but what's wrong with the greddy that is already offered with a rec. fitting compared to the hks? Other than that it's more expensive. Just noticed I haven't seen or heard of anyone using them on the MS3.
I cant agree more with that.tru-boost said:this bov is no good for a car with MAF
while the car is under VAC. the valve is OPEN ! and is letting out air that the MAF has read and thinks is entering the motor...but isnt.
the result.... your car will run like crap. get a greddy, hks, or even the turbo xs and recirc it !!
