Do any of you guys miss having a sunroof? This will be my first car without one...

I miss it now that the weather is nice, but every time I step on the gas I forget about the sunroof.

I miss it until I think about how much the average cost for a sunroof is and all the weight it adds and the "leak/jam" problems it could have after some years at which point Im glad it doesnt have it

I was almost gonna buy a regular 3 GT with everything. Then Mike the salesman called me and said, "Guess what just came off the truck mate? A black Mazdaspeed3." I honestly didn't even notice it didn't have one till later on in the night that I bought it. Then I was like "****". I also noticed it didn't have heated seats like the other 3 I was gonna buy.

this is the biggest thing I miss from my old P5. i usually like to open up my sunroof before any windows, kinda sucks.

MS3 is my first car without one, but I don't really miss the moon roof all that much. The only nice thing about having one (in my case) was that it brightened the interior thus reducing the chances of getting pulled over for the tint -> I never got pulled over for the tint in my RSX while my friend with the same tint (no roof for him) got ticketed twice.

Doesn't the lack of sunroof contribute to the stellar handling with stuctural rigidity?

ive got an MSP not a MS3 but same deal, ya i miss mine sometimes. But its worth having the extra handling and stability i think

I reallyl miss the open feeling from the panoramic moon roof on my Mercedes. I really don't miss the fact that in 4 years, the car was in the shop for a total of 15 days, just for sunroof problems.

This is my first car in many years that doesn't have one, but as a performance car who cares...plus it does affect the structural rigity and it's ALLOT easier to wax the roof. Just my .02 cents.

Sorry, but at that time my pocket just couldn't afford the MS3 and its insurance, just the Mazda3 GT with Sunroof!! (friday)
