Off the top of my head, I think the only individuals who have multiple Mazdas are Scott, Kevin, and Muff. I guess you can check back in with me in February: I'm considering the Mazda5 and MazdaSpeed3, but neither one is the front-runner.

I moved my filter a little further away from my exhaust manifold today so maybe now I can start getting cooler air through my engine. I started by cutting the baffles off of my stock intake, then I put a rubber sleeve on it to connect the intake with the mass air-flow sensor. I still have to fabricate a heat shield but this intake should do the job until then. At least I got it off the manifold. I was going to get a cold air Intake but someone very wise told me that it wasn't a good idea to put one on a '94, so I'm gonna listen. Anyway here are some pics.

The green was cool but I thought it was a little overkill. I have always liked blue though.You can find alot more accesories in blue rather than Lime Green. Good to see someone else on here whose face I've accually seen before. hope to see ya thurs at the Flatt's.

I'm working towards next season. The engine still isn't running quite right & I haven't found a replacement.

I dont have an LSD yet that is still to come. All I have right now is the intake and the sterring wheel.
Which, technically, would indeed place you into CSP.

Yea, me coming anywhere close to Kevin would be a long shot but anyway I went out for my first event and entered csp. I had a great time, got much needed instruction from Kevin, stalled my car out, and I'll definitely be back for more! but yea I came no where close to Kevin but I did have a faster time after each run. My lowest run was 100.115, which I thought wasn't bad for my first event. It was good meeting some of you on the forum and I will see you again. I'm hooked!!!
Run novice next time. You'll get an experienced instructor in the car with you. Let them show you what the car can do, and I guarantee you'll drop more time than you thought possible. Glad to see you out there, and that you had fun
