Stalling issues

I'm still having some stalling issues. Now I have been trouble shooting it for some weeks now and have it possibly narrowed down to a couple of possibilities...

1) BOV - I am running a Greddy type S - all that POS ever does is flutter, I have taken it apart, hooked it up with the nipple connected to another vacuum source and with the angled nipple open, tried all different levels of tension, with and without the inner spring (inside the BOV) and it always flutters, even at low boost when I let off the throttle. Personally this seems to be the number one culprit to me.

2) Alternator??? - just when I was sure it was my BOV, my alternator is really packing it in. Might just be the voltage regulator, but when I let off the throttle, the voltage will sometimes dip to 11volts. Not sure if this would cause stalling problems??? Any ideas here.... I will be going in to my dealership and see if this is covered under warranty LOL

Any other possibilities??? Pretty sure there aren't any vacuum leaks. I think I may have to break down and have a shop look at it, at least I found an excellent performance shop which specializes in mazdas and other imports. Unfortunately most of the mazda's are rotaries.

There's your problem. See what happens when you bring the screw down a bit at the top of the bov. If that doesn't work, try recirculating again.

Well, there's no real advantage. It's more of a sound thing. When you have a loud blow off you have to vent to atmosphere, as apposed to back into the intake. This is releasing metered air, and since it was already accounted for the ECU is adding extra fuel. Thus, why the idle will poor if it too loose.
