I just ordered the turbo/ic pipe with an hks style flange for $185. Give me a week and I will let you all know how it works out, then I will give recomendations and contact info to were I got it from. And I will get some pics too.

You send the flange He makes the pipe.

I am going to make sure I am not getting screwed before I start promoting anything.

well here it is...... that last pic is of the plug and hose I picked up to block off were the stock bpv vented to the intake.

I love it worked out very well and plus now I have something to adjust and mess with. the monza bov has a really cool sound to it(basically a hks ssqv). the only thing I am still going to change is the vacuum source, right now I am using the stock t at the wastegate.

If your interested in your own custom pipe contact brian with revmotorsports at
turbobrian@yahoo.com

would it matter if you cut off the extra part of the intake that is just plugged up now and welded it flush with the pipes?

Looks good. Before I got an FMIC I had the same set up (with a greddy type s flange) made for about $150 including the flange. Mine was welded together not mendral bent though. Intrested buyers should pm JDM Sam, he's the guy I went through.

no I just left it though for a quick fix

Where did you buy it from ? I was thinking of getting the direct replacement from forge, but that looks awesome too.

how much is a BOV for that?

I got it from brian at revmotorsports in rhode island you can e-mail brian at turbobrian@yahoo.com he can get you the details. the BOV valve I got off ebay for $100 after searching for "hks ssqv" you will find some monza ssq valves that will show up for 99 for buy it now. then I just sent brian the flange and a money order and he did up the pipe.

looks really nice, any stalling issues? any plans on upgrading smic and will you be able to use this pipe? can he powdercoat them, do you know?

I never asked him about powdercoat but I am sure its possible. and yeah eventially I am going to use custommsp's smic and yeah that pipe will work bc I believe his smic fits the stockpipes. and right now I don't have any stalling problems but at first I did bc the computer was still learning the BOV. I have heard alot from other guys that have said the same, but even the first day or so wasn't bad it was only if I was messing around and rev up in first then blow off and go to nuetral(you know stuff to show it off haha).

really happy with how this pipe turned out now that the weather has cleared and I have driven it enough to have my computer learn my setup. (cool)

looks really nice, the mandrel bend is sweet. do you have a boost gauge? if so how much of an increase in psi did you see?

no I am lame I just ordered up the pod and stuff. probably would have been nice to have it before all the mods. but it was impossible to find the steering column pod I wanted, I just don't like the a-pillar ones.

Jaw307,

try adjusting the screw on the BOV to about two full turns IN from the point where it just becomes under tension by the spring/diaphram after completely taking out the screw. This reduced "turkey" for me, and in it's place nice short whistles. This is coming from the screw all the way out.
