Spicy MSP $8500 less than 60K miles

Im trying to sell my Spicy msp for 8200, It has just under 60k miles and has been my daily driver for about a year about 20k of the miles are all highway miles, the car has a list of mods but nothing too extreme..
Cross drilled rotors, stainless steel brake lines, Apexi avc-r, apexi 3 in full exhaust, kartboy short shifter/bushings, eibach sportline springs, injen cai, Blaupunkt CD player, it is also wired for the unichip but just needs the modules. For someone wanting to build a spicy sleeper this would be a good one, it needs a little work but would be amazing. Im sure there are some other mods but they dont seem to come to mind. My family is expanding agian with the expectation of another child so i have to get rid of the car that wont carry us all. Any questions please feel free to ask.

Yea, the trunk is unpainted, and the quarters just over the tail lights need painted also. There is zero mechanical problems, this car runs and drives fine i drive it to and from work 110 miles roundtrip monday thru friday. There is not much little work needing to be done on the car i have stiffer replacement engine mounts also if someone was interested. The BOV on it is something i would address by either adding a fmic or hardpipes.

when i bought it the car had 19's on it and a horribly hacked exhaust so i replaced them both with something to make the driveablilty a little better! I have a stock a-pillar for the drivers side and that is it...
