Heres a few pics of the work to get here with the help of datboibrian we got it on next weekend were gonna finish it

we started by just cutting the side but that didnt work

so we cut them in half me hard at work my dremel died so we used my drill but that didnt get us far then we used a grinder same thing then well when all esle fails use the good ole hand saw

ended up with this

Its not finished its a work in progress but its progress nonetheless so heres pics with the MSP lip

Alright what up peeps didnt get much done over the weekend but started working on the bumper but it got late so no final pics but my buddy Brian took it home with him and hes gonna finish it off ill post more pics when its all primered and ready for paint but till then heres a few pics

haha thanks man its gonna be sick once its done, and that silver protege in one of the pics were gonna do the same thing to his because the msp/p5 bumper sits to far out where the lights are at so were gonna hybrid his 01-03 bumper also hes got a yellow msp bumper too. but once more updates are made ill keep yall posted

Finally received my main pulley from SR its been on back order since november but i got it so i guess thats all that matters huh

Looking good there buddy! Looks like you did some reinforcing in the back. Nice! As for the silver protege the mps/p5 bumper should be a bolt on. Why do you have to hybrid?

i know it bolts up but look at the headlights where they sit on his car and then look at a msp/p5 and see where they sit we dont like the look of that which is why the hybrid

Well today was an awesome day got some great news i won the contest Noah had going for the AAC Link Kit so these great pieces will be added to my build. Thanks to Noah for having the contest and making quality parts for the Protege. Cant wait to get it and get it installed. Tomorrow i should be receiving my other parts i bought

Well they have finally arrived the brace is a little rough but im gonna give it a new coat of color.

Newest part to arrive got it yesterday

The CF came from boostdprotegelx from his part out, the brace and SRI came from shootz. I have to swap out the front subframe to use the ladder brace but no biggie just snag one from a junk yard.

But i just got some good news my interior in now complete i just bought a dash, and center console, also a set of fogs.

OK also to add to the list is is a MSP speedo, but downside to these new additions is i gotta wait till the end of July to get them.

Yeah i know but id rather wait then have to pay like $300 for shipping for everything.

But on a good note i finally received my AAC Link Kit looks pretty good if i do say so myself cant wait to get it installed. Sorry for the crappy cell pics ill update with better ones later

Those who follow for progress i appologize for the slow build, heres the steps I will be doing thing in

First is the engine work
Second is the paint
Third is interior redo
Fourth is reassembly
Fifth is drive that b**** like i stole it...lol

Had a long/short weekend went to dallas to get my parts so now i have my new to me MSP dash, center console, fogs, carpet, and speedo. Heres a couple pics i took didnt get one of the dash but youll live...lol

Heres a sneak peak of one of my rims, its not finished i gotta recoat it but you get the idea

Little by little itll be done but she will see the road again soon.

Went on my trip this weekend to Midland got my parts but sold my rims on the way back home...lol
