Im going to go out on a limb and so no they wont fit and no they wouldnt lower the car.
Speed 3 springs are heavier duty that the regular 3 because speed3's are heavier in the front than the regular 3. If a regular 3 puts the springs on the front end will get stiffer and handle better but doesnt really lower the car because the springs are expecting more weight in the front.
Putting front springs meant for a 3200lb car in a 2300lb car is probably not something you want to try considering lowering springs for the 2 can be had for about 200 bucks. However, they might fit your 3...wouldnt lower it much at all because of the weight but it would definitely stiffen it up.
