Sound system question

i got two mtx and a keenwood i got them from a friend who has a 350z now so no sense of having his system cuz he had two of them bridge so i want see if i can get mine in there too

more of a pain then its worth. what size are the amps? speekers? do you have a cap and battery? many things come into play when using alot of amps. i would try to sell them for one, maby two good amps. if you keep them, use the 4-channels for your mids/highs. the 2-channel amps can be used with the subs and are bridgable, BUT......your demanding alot of power from the stock msp alternator.

People thinking more is better..... never fails. Sure you don't drive a domestic? (boom06)

Indeed. I have a true rated Memphis 200 watt and 500 watt amp that makes my lights flicker. Any system getting into this watt range should look into getting a better battery if not two batteries. And possibly upgrading the alternator.

ok i got a 4channel amp and two 2channel amps is it possible to bridge them all together so i can use the all ?

NO it is not.

1 amp per speaker or set of speakers.
You can not run multiple amps to one speaker unless they are specificly built to do this and in recent memory only Kicker had such a beast a few years ago.

Like I said, it has to be specificly designed.
Also, right on their website, they say this is only good for Mono amplifiers. Basicly subwoofer amps only. Not 4 channels or even 2 channels as the post desired.

Practicly there is no reason to link a 4 channel and 2 channel or mono to the same subwoofer. Its in fact down right idiotic.
Buy the proper amp for the task at hand.
The idea of linking mono amps is for those that are building over time and want something 500 watts RMS now but want 1000 watts rms later.

Usualy, even then, it must be the same 2 amplifiers. You can't mix and match. As DB drives website is terrible, I can not look into this further.

I do agree with you on that, but that was the only amps that I knew of that could be linked together
