Keeping BB guns, batons, etc. in your vehicle is illegal (depending on your locale, I believe). The mag light is good since it's a flashlight, you've got an excuse, but the other weapons might get you in trouble if a cop ever finds it.

in FL you can have a conceled weapons permit & keep the gun on the front seat if you want...

Honestly though, I have never seen more dumbass drivers than after we moved to Las Vegas....

And the stupidity crosses all color and socio-economic barriers

examples:
- Soccer Moms in H2s
- Airheads who can't drive and talk on a cell phone at the same time
- Pricks in Bentleys who think no one deserves to be on the road but themselves
- Broke POSs that drive 15mph below the speed limit
- Ricers (nuff said)
- Plain old jackhats that switch from lane to lane without signaling
- some random number who stopped at the red light and slowly INCHED his way across the intersection ... even when he got halfway and saw that it was completely clear, he still kept on inching along... WTF is THAT ?!?!

damn it, I'm gritting my teeth just thinking of what I have in store for me on the drive home.

same thing happened to me ... but i was driving the family van at the time... and my windows were down. but i had 5 guys in the van and only that one guy. so he backed off eventually, but not before punching a friend of mine and punching the hood of my van. we got his licence plate and gave a description to police. they arrested him that night. he was already on parole for a similar incident... this time he went to jail for 6 months....

In Louisiana, your vehicle is an extension of your home. You can keep a firearm and legally shoot to kill if someone breaks into your car to get after you...

It's quite nice, road rage isn't as bad because of it.

well getting out of ur car and banging on peoples windows is not the most legal thing ither..


that's why u keep it low and use it wisely..and make sure there are no cops around if u use it...that is if it is illegal to have in ur car

I had somethin' pretty similar happen to me this past summer.

Was drivin' from Bristol, PA into Burlington, NJ .. and was nearly run off the road by some older-ish woman driving a huge Dodge Ram. I tailgated her for a lil' bit -- y'know, just to satisfy my annoyance -- and then I was ready to call the whole thing done. But she tried to run me off the road -- literally -- two times and tried to get me to rear-end her three times. As odd as it sounds, it was the traffic that saved me from not gettin' into a serious accident, as the woman couldn't actually force me into the ditch with so many other cars around.

However, upon both of us pulling up to a red light -- with me trailing behind about four car lengths, cause I was genuinely frightened by this point -- she slammed on the brakes. Got out of the truck. Started walking back towards where I was pulling up to -- in the MIDDLE of a six-lane highway. I stopped, quickly rolled up my windows and locked my doors, and just kinda blinked at her as she stood outside my driver's window and screamed and cursed. And I could've even stomached that .. except that when she turned around to walk back to her truck, she punched my hood.

Dude. You don't touch my car. And you REALLY don't punch my hood when it's a brand-new carbon fiber one.

I opened my car door and stood up, fully prepared to walk around my door and jump her, when a cop screamed up behind my car. Bottom line -- the cop saw the whole thing, gave the woman two tickets, asked me if I wanted to press charges against her, and then sent me on my merry way.

People suck.

If you had a camera phone, you shouldve taken a picture of him trying to open your door, then the cops will most likely arrest him rather than blow you off, which is probably what they did. Also, go buy a 17" Mag light, protection and a nice light whenever you need it.

hah actaully i had both a camera fone in my pocket AND a digital camera.. i just couldnt even think. :/ i suck at life.
