I don't think it would help you since my setup is different, but I have my MAF sitting directly infront of the turbo with a 2.5" hose, and the filter right there too. No P/S pump to get in the way, and the headlight lid vent gets enough cooler air in there.

Well, the reason I ask is because of this project I am doing, I want to see what other Miata's are working with. I've seen a good share of Miata intakes but all intakes may be a little different with their own "spin" on things. I have a good idea going but more are welcome!

Right now my intake is a total mess. Total custom, mess. I need to clean it up and I have a great idea taken from BEGi.

Miataguy2cyrpus....are you currently in Greece? I recently relocated to Izmir, Turkey...and I have my Miata enroute. Hmmm...looking at you set up..you need a little cleaning under there for sure. Nice intake...

cyprus is a greek island half-occupied by turkish troops since 1974. i currently live at the free part of nicosia. i think that is the best place for cold air. well, the pic is a bit old, i cleaned it some way, does anyone know about DIY painting my engine?

No, I think you didn't understand our phone conversation.

The Evo downshifted because I was being a pest brake boosting and being a ricer wanting him to give in. So, he downshifted and took off. Only when I took off my rear end went stupid and in order from me to save HIS AND MY ASS I had to make 'er slide a little bit then it got out of hand. We were infact on our way to the greatness of street racing.

I think you'd be surprised how the MSM handles Evos.
