Shark Fin Antenna

Just wondering where people were getting these from. I think I like the looks of it on my MS6 and would like to order one.

I ordered mine from http://www.therpmstore.com. It looks a lot nicer, and is very easy to install. Here's a picture of it installed on my MS6.

BTW What percentage tint do you have on your windows. Seems dark enough to look good, and block some sun. But not so dark that the cops mess with you.

How's your radio reception with this antenna? Notice any difference? I am negotiating to get a Speed6, and I would like to do this mod if I get one.

Honestly, I haven't tinted my windows yet. It's just the angle that I took the shot from. I didn't even notice that until you mentioned it.

The reception is still great. Almost no difference whatsoever.

LOL well it looks good with the shadow on it. Good to know about the reception, but honestly I almost never listen to the radio and listen to Sirius or CD instead.

shark fin

anyone else have the shark fin antenna? the news bout reception is good to hear although im another one that never listens to the radio lol. anyone with a color other than white especially? the paint looks perfectly matched but i just wanted to hear from someone with a different color like red or particularly titanium grey metallic (my color ) to see how it matched theirs. looking to get it asap so please help thanks!

I actually just ordered my sharkfin antenna about a week ago from therpmstore.com. I also have the titanium gray metallic so I'll def. keep you posted when I receive it, in respect to its color and whatnot.

I got one directly from Visual Garage in Black Cherry Mica. Color match was perfect. Putting it on is a bit of a pain depending upon how anal you are. After doing mine, I would recommend cutting a template out of poster board and placing it where you want. Then when you put the antenna on you can place it inside the cutout and it will be set. Their instructions say to use masking tape to mark it off, but it doesn't give you much to go by when you are putting it on, and you can't pull the antenna off once you have the two-sided tape adhered.

I actually like how it looks on the speed6 but I don't think ill drop my $3 dollar ebay shorty for a while. I love the way my little guy is nearly invisible(Just don't let the ladiez hear that..lol j/k)

we have the sharkie on both of our 6's. It is easy to install, if you line the front with the dip in the flying "M" and the center of the rear view mirror mount you will have it perfectly line up.

All you do is to take a white grease pencil and make your marks and attach your sharkie.
