Second Annual PA Mountian Cruise/Cookout

Alright...the closer this get the more I want to go.... I've yet to experience a 'fun run' but my concern is the lack of a rsb....will it be that big of an issue? I've been driving without it for over 2 months now but obviously not as spirited as this cruise will be....help???

jeff... it will be spirited but ive done the run without my rear sway functioning (busted bracket) 3 maybe more times, dont really know exactly when it broke haha

Yessir Evan! lol Meh...you have a P5 so picture a red one with some scratches, hail damage, dings and you'll have a nice visual. Guess mine would fall under that 20ft rule. hahahaha AFAIK...Sat. is still open.

I've got the condiments.....as well as a pair of two-way radios....charging them now.

utensils (plastic forks, knives, spoons) and condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese etc etc) are needed
then just things like potato, egg salad if anyone wants anything like that haha (this isnt an essential)

if you can bring any of that, i would be greatly appreciative

If we need things that won't last too long outside of refrigeration, I can just run to a store local to the picknic and grab some stuff since I don't think I signed up for anything.

darkcambria is camping and hes supplying the hamburger so he will have that cold in his cooler at his campsite, and hot dogs can be stashed in a little cooler and the rest of the stuff doesnt NEED to be cold

besides, we are going to be in the boonies, haha not much in the way of "stores" to run to haha

So Yahoo Maps says Breezewood is about 3hours and 47mins from my place. So we'll call it 3.5 hours.

So if the Akron cats can meet at my house no later than 8:30am we should arrive at B-wood at noon.

Is that cool with you guys? ps- sorry for all the slightly off topic discussion. But it's supposed to be beautiful saturday and I'm really looking forward to the drive/cruise and cookout.

there really hasnt been much off topic chit chat here... its almost all pertained to this event in one way or another haha

as long as you guys are close to noon we will be good to go... the group coming from chambersburg may not be there right at noon anyway

Got the Si wheels on, and some nice fat tires, they really filled up all of my wheel gap. I wish I'd thought of that earlier.. Gonna be lookin fresh!

ill be posting some pics up shortly of the cars some have been a TOTAL b**** to get the HDR to come out with added depth but without oversaturating the car....

ill keep working on them and post them up as the night goes on
