I've had experiences with Sea Foam on my 190k mile 1994 BMW 325i... it smoked predictably like a banshee... I'd be a lil more hesitant with vehicles less than 100k miles, no amount of carbon could be power robbing you at 50k miles - its a total waste!
Judging by the running shell gas only and all I'd say you were just following your pattern of great ownership - but at some point you just gotta let the kid go to kindergarten. Ya dig?
thou shall not cuttith of thy umbilical cordicus. for thee shall harness ye' seed who doth turn into boy who one day turnith into man, feel thy age one looks, not the age one IS.
i dont think its a total waste. think of all the stress-ors a motor goes through throughout its life if nothing was done. carbon build up, dirty parts not running properly for thousands of miles, slight torsion of parts under unseen strain. mine....perfectly clean, no part going abused or working harder than it has to, smooth rotation, pistons firing at TDC and moving as smooth as cream cheese frosting spreading over a cake by the hand of the worlds best cake froster. im sure you catch what im saying.
and if you understood all o that.....i believe sir your as ****** up as i am.
