Rusty wheel hub clamping nut and bolt

I did 15000 miles maintenance myself last weekend. While doing tire rotation, I found out all four wheel hub clamping fasteners are rusty. I can see quite severe rusty sign on the center of hub after dismounted wheels. Does anyone have same issue?

Not unusual on most vehicles I've owned. ed

Lube them up and they won't rust.
