Rush in a Car Crash! (MSP Totaled)

Wow... I'm so sorry about your accident and your car, but so very glad you're okay!

Most important, glad to hear you are okay. You'll be out there again soon enough.
Sorry about your car, it was one of my favorites.

let me know if somehting happens and the rental doesnt come through.. i would gladly lend you my cts or msp.. until it works out..

I hate the slow motion feeling of accidents, if feels so slow but it happens so fast. Then the picture plays over and over in your head (had a guy clip the back of my 240sx and sent me spinning a few years ago....I reviewed the accident a million times in my head....). My advise, get behind the wheel right away, not doing it gives you way too much time to think about it. As I said before, winter driving is crap (fun sometimes), but there is no way around it other than moving down south.

I just heard from the adjuster. The car is totaled.

I'm going to see how much of a process buying it back from salvage is going to be, and I'm going to start making a list of all my aftermarket parts to see if it'd even be worth it.

I can't believe this is happening.

Glad that the truck didn't hit you and that you're ok Cindy. So sad to see one of my favorite msp's gone though. :(

DAMN :( im sorry to hear about your car i loved it, hell it was my background forever even before i joined on here and knew who you were, just glad your ok

That sucks rush ..im so sorry, i went through the same process with mine, they totaled it and i bought it back. i bought a 02 lx..and started the swap process.... good luck and again im sooo sorry... i actually cried when i wrecked mine..and i developed a tear when i saw yours ....:(

That really does suck. If it makes you feel any better, my mazda's been out of commission all winter. I have to sell my other car, (a 1971 chevy monte carlo, and my first car) because I can't afford the engine for the mazda otherwise. I've been using the car for daily driving (no heat) here in Maryland, in 20 to 30 degree weather, until I can get a buyer with a decent offer.

I didn't really expect any of this to make your feel better.. but, sometimes when bad things happen It's comforting to know that you aren't alone, lol.

Not to mention all the incredible support your getting from this entire forum. That'd make me feel pretty damn good.

sorry to here that, keep us posted. hopefully it somehow works out for you in the end.

Unbefreakinlievable.
I always planned on riding out there and buying your car when
you were ready to sell.

Sorry to hear cindy, you know i know where you're coming from with my mp3 and all. But, take it as an oppurtunity to start over and do everything you wish you could have done differently. Maybe its time to step up to something you've dreamed of having all along. The important thing is that you are ok, and you know you have the entire pro community behind you.
