Richmond people

hmmmmm....I thought Spool was near Richmond. Not sure exactly where that is, but it's in the vacinity. There's a Spool meet Nov. 1st, a lot of mazda peeps going from all over east coast. You should check it out.

Well I'm asking for my roommate. He's trying to find out where a good shop is in Richmond that will put lowering springs on his car (03 vw gti 1.8t).

yeah, spool is the best
i live in richmond and i won't reccommend any
shops around here

spool is your best bet

I live in Richmond. Take it to Jeff Smith at Delta V Motorsports. He does awesome work with European/Japanese imports. The shop is at:

1209 N Boulevard
Richmond, Va 23230

The phone number is 804-355-4440. Call and ask for Jeff. The website is www.deltavmotorsports.com . They installed the shocks/springs on my rx-7, and did a wonderful job. Jeff's a really great guy, and he was crew cheif for Shauna Marinus' Tri-point Engineering protege in the Speed World Challenge Touring Car series. I HIGHLY recommend him. He even worked on Ford's World Rally Championship team. Tell him Brian sent ya :)

If you want a basic performance shop, there is a place on West Broad called R.P.M.(Richmond Peformance Modifications) and C.A.R.R.S.S(Cory Alexander Racing Rims Sound And Security). They are located closer to the downtown area, before Willow Lawn. Both are good shops, but rather on the expensive side. Hope this helps.
